  • Cenosphere / Microsphere

    Cenosphere / Microsphere is a lightweight, inert, hollow sphere made largely of silica and alumina and filled with air or inert gas. In the Oil and Gas industry Cenosphere is used as an additive in drilling mud while drilling wells for various purposes. This application significantly increases the efficiency and service life of the drilling equipment. The product has density range between 0.65 - 0.85 g/cc and crush strength up to 5000 PSI.

  • High Purity V2O5 Powder (99% Min.)

    It is used as a Catalyst for refining, desulfurization, and methanol synthesis.

  • Microsilica (Densified & Undensified)

    Microsilica is a dry silica fume available in two main forms - Undensified (U) and Densified (D). In use, it acts physically as an interactive filler and chemically as a highly reactive pozzolan. A key ingredient in many construction materials, Microsilica is used in fibre cement products as a process aid, to improve ingredient dispersion and to improve hardened properties and overall durability.

  • Mica Flakes (F/C/M)

    Mica (F/M/C) is a versatile lost circulation material used in water-based and oil-based drilling to prevent seepage and circulation loss. Its platy structure forms a seal that blocks lost circulation zones, and helps to regain circulation keeping the solids in suspension, thereby improving drilling efficiency and wellbore stability.

  • Hollow Glass Microspheres

    These engineered microspheres offer superior strength-to-density ratios, prevent fluid loss, and reduce formation damage. With better pressure stability, they help decrease formation cracking and reduce rework, leading to enhanced efficiency and cost savings. Their buoyancy makes them ideal for deep-sea operations, while their strength contributes to drill pipe integrity.

  • Potassium Formate 75% (Liquid)

    Potassium Formate 75% is a high-purity formate solution that enhances drilling performance by preventing hydrate formation, providing superior corrosion control, and improving overall wellbore stability.

  • Calcium Formate 98%

    Calcium Formate 98% is a premium-grade additive that enhances the performance of cementitious materials like cement grouts and mortar. It accelerates the hydration process, reducing setting time and promoting early strength development, which is crucial for quick construction and improved workability and durability under varying environmental conditions.

  • Calcium Chloride (Anhydrous)

    Anhydrous Calcium Chloride (NLT 96%) helps regulating drilling fluid viscosity and density, prevents clay swelling, and inhibits the formation of hydrates, which can lead to costly downtime and repairs.

  • Pipe on Pipe Lubricant

    Highly lubricative concentrate based on vegetable fatty acids specifically developed for deviated or horizontal drilling applications for both land and offshore use. Pipe-on-Pipe Lubricant has a high affinity for metal surface and will adhere tenaciously to drill pipe and drill collars.

  • Fluorosilicone Defoamer

    It is designed to prevent foaming in drilling fluids as well as solids free workover and completion fluids. It is highly effective at very low concentration at a wide range of pH in both hot and cold aqueous systems.

  • Demulsifiers

    Our high-performance demulsifiers rapidly break down water-in-oil emulsions, reducing corrosion and scaling risks in production equipment. This ensures cleaner phase separation, improved water quality, and protection of pipelines, leading to enhanced operational efficiency and equipment longevity.

  • Organophilic Clay

    Organophilic Clay is a highly effective rheological additive for oil and synthetic based fluid systems, especially at elevated temperatures. It Imparts viscosity and suspension properties to oil base drilling fluids, for improving cutting-carrying capacity and to provide long-term suspension of weighting agents.

  • Attapulgite Clay

    Attapulgite clay, meets API specifications 13A section 12, used to provide viscosity and hole cleaning capabilities in drilling fluids with high concentrations of salts. It is highly effective Viscosifier in salt water drilling muds, where bentonite becomes ineffective Viscosifier.

  • Fluorosurfactants

    They are used in oil extraction and processing to enhance flow and reduce friction.

  • MEA Triazine 80%

    MEA Triazine is a highly effective hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) scavenger widely utilized in the oil and gas industry. Formulated as 1,3,5-triazinane, it reacts with H₂S to produce water-soluble byproducts, effectively mitigating the toxic and corrosive impacts of H₂S in gas streams, ensuring operational safety and equipment integrity.

  • Gluconic acid 50%

    Gluconic Acid 50% is employed in oil and gas applications as an effective chelating agent, particularly for sequestering metal ions in drilling fluids and stimulation treatments. Its ability to prevent scale formation and enhance fluid performance ensures operational efficiency in challenging subsurface environments.

  • Guar Gel Breaking Enzyme

    It is a bio-enzyme-based additive designed for the degradation of xanthan and guar gum in fracturing fluids. It stands out as the most cost-effective bio-enzyme gel breaker. This enzyme significantly reduces Xanthan and Guar gum residue content by 70%-80%, thereby enhancing fracturing efficiency.

  • Glycolic Acid 70%

    Glycolic Acid 70% is employed in the oil and gas industry for well stimulation and acidizing treatments. It is used to dissolve carbonate minerals and remove formation damage in oil wells, enhancing production rates and recovery efficiency.

  • Sodium Gluconate

    Sodium Gluconate serves as a retarder, effectively prolonging the setting time of cement in construction as well as oil and gas well cementing systems. It is an environmentally friendly alternative, utilized as an Iron Controlling Agent through a chelation process in High-Pressure/High-Temperature (HP/HT) Acidizing treatments.

  • Ammonium Bi Fluoride

    It is added to inhibit hydrochloric acid to form mud-acid.

  • Oil Spill Remediation Enzyme

    Oil spill remediation enzymes facilitate both aerobic and anaerobic petroleum degradation, providing a cost-effective and 100% environmentally friendly solution.

  • Manganese Products (Manganese Oxide, Dioxide & Tetraoxide)

  • Barite

    Barite is used to increase the density of drilling mud, which helps prevent blowouts and ensures safe drilling. It is also chemically inert, which helps stabilize drilling fluid systems.
